¿Qué tan bien te conoces a ti mismo(a)? ¿Estás seguro(a) que la imagen que muestras de ti mismo(a) a los demás es realmente lo que eres?

Dice un dicho que “cada cabeza es un mundo” y creo que, de la misma forma, cada realidad humana es un mundo también; es única, es personal. Aunque alguien afirme estar en tus mismos zapatos, realmente no lo está, y nunca sentirá ni vivirá lo que tú has vivido a lo largo de la historia.
Considero que en reiteradas ocasiones la vida nos hace pasar por experiencias que nos vuelven más humanos, más reales, más auténticos; experiencias que nos ayudan a configurar el sentido de la vida misma hacia nosotros y de nosotros hacia ésta. No importa si esto ocurre tarde o temprano, lo valioso es poder aprender de ellas.
Esta historia está basada en un hecho histórico de una persona que en algún momento quiso compartir conmigo cómo un acontecimiento puntual hizo dar un giro inesperado a lo que él consideraba como real y verdadero, y que el aprendizaje que obtuvo de esto pudiese servir para que otras personas, al verse identificadas en algunos personajes creados, decidan configurar su propia y real existencia.

En esta oportunidad vengo a presentarles una historia de mi autoría que surgió después de haber escuchado a un amigo acerca de una situación personal hace unos años atrás. Para proteger su confidencialidad los nombres reales fueron remplazados.

Mauricio, un joven con un buen nivel de autoconfianza y seguridad en sí mismo, caracterizado por su inteligencia y simpatía, cree que todo lo que es en su vida es lo realmente verdadero, sin pensar que el exceso de seguridad, en algunos casos, puede representar la ausencia de ello.

En las andanzas de la vida cotidiana de Mauricio, llega a él un acontecimiento que, literalmente, tambaleará toda su vida, producirá un gran choque de emociones, cuestionándose todo lo que era, lo que es y lo que será.

Una historia tan conmovedora como real con la cual muchos de nosotros podríamos sentirnos identificados, que enseña que lo más importante es reconocerse a sí mismo como una persona realmente auténtica.

How well do you think is your knowledge about yourself? Are you sure that the image you show to others (about yourself) is really what you are?

There is a saying that "every head is a world" and I believe that, in the same way, every human reality is a world too; it is unique, it is personal. Even if someone says to be in your shoes, that person really isn't, and he/she will never feel or live what you have lived throughout your history.
I believe that on many occasions, life makes us go through experiences that make us more human, more real, more authentic; experiences that help us to shape the meaning of our life, towards us and from us towards life. It doesn't matter if this happens sooner or later, the most important is to be able to learn from it.
This story is based on a historical fact of a person who in a moment he wanted to share with me how a specific event made him a total change in his life and the things that he considered as real and true. Also, learning that he obtained from this could help to other people in the same situation.

In this opportunity I show you a story written by myself, which was born after I heard a friend about a personal situation some years ago. In order to keep them in secret their names were changed.

Mauricio, a young man with a great level of self-confidence and self-assurance, characterized for being a smart and good-looking person, believes that everything in his life is really true, without thinking that too much self-assurance, in some cases, can represent the absence of it.

In the daily life of Mauricio, an event comes to his life what will stagger everything what he is. It will produce an emotions impact and he should ask for himself about everything what he was, he actually is and he will be.

A poignant and real story which some of us could identify with it. This novel tries to teach that the most important thing is being able to recognize oneself as a real and authentic person.
